I earned my degree in Information Sciences from the University of the Basque Country in 1983. After holding several positions in Bilbao, I joined Jerez Informaci\u00f3n in 1990, where I served as director for 15 years, and later spent two years as director of C\u00e1diz Informaci\u00f3n.
